About the Author:
As the second youngest of five siblings born in the beautiful locale of Chardon, Ohio, nature and the outdoors have always played a crucial role in Ambrose’s life. After attaining a degree in biology at the University of Akron in her native Ohio, while simultaneously competing on her softball team at the division I level, Ambrose set her sights on increasing her involvement in environmental pursuits. Today, Ambrose plies her love and insight for the outside world in her career, presiding over the local park district’s nature center. At home, Ambrose shares her world with the cheeky trio of hounds that inspired her current books.
